I found a way to lose 35 pounds. Get in a motorcycle accident. Break 5 bones. Live sitting up for 2 months. Eat very little. Worked for me.

About 98.5% now. Still getting all my strength back. Slow but sure. Thanks.

As effective as that is, and trust me when I tell you I know your pain (partially. I was on life support for a congenital heart defect. Same result.) it's not ideal. Hope you're a lot better now!

I am and thanks for your support and I would say that you probably had it a lot worse than I. How are you doing?

Doing well enough. It's been a couple of years since the worst of it. I run and exercise regularly. My right ventricle is enlarged a good bit due to the issue. I had a cardiac ablation done (they cut pieces of your heart muscle out to relieve whatever they think the issue is.) and that relieved a lot of the issues. So far, so good. Just taking it one day at a time. Just have to stay as positive as possible. It's tough sometimes but it's worth it. Thanks for asking!
